𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• 1 (450g) ground beef (preferably 80% lean, 20% fat)
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
For assembling the burger:
• 4 burger buns (preferably sesame seed buns)
• 4 slices of cheese (Cheddar, American, or your favorite cheese)
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Pickles
• Ketchup and mustard (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed, but avoid over-mixing, as it can make the patties tough.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty that is about 1 inch thick. Use your thumb to create a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook more evenly.
4. Grill or cook the patties on the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If using a grill, you can also toast the burger buns for a minute or two until they are slightly browned.
5. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty, allowing it to melt slightly.
6. Assemble the burgers: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each burger bun, followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese. Add tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard (if desired). Top with the other half of the burger bun.
7. Serve the beef cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
