Here's a basic recipe for making chicken tenders juicy with the ingredients and instructions
For the chicken tenders:
(1) ingredient
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs,
- 1 pound (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken
- 1 cup all-purpose flour,
- plain or seasoned)
- 1 teaspoon salt (as need testing )
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking oil (such as vegetable or canola oil) is the best for frying,
(2) Instructions
Prepare the Chicken.
- first, Cut the chicken breasts or tenderloins into strips or bite-sized pieces. Please make sure the size of the chicken bite is equal
- Breading the Chicken0
- In three(3) separate mixing bowls(dash), set up a breading station. In the first mixing bowl, Place the flour in one, 2nd, whisk the eggs in the mixing bowl, and 3rd, mix the breadcrumbs with the salt, pepper, and optional paprika and garlic powder in the third mixing bowl dish.
- Take a piece of chicken and coat it with flour, shaking off any excess. make sure to remove excess flour.
- Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Transfer the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture and gently press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere. Ensure even coating is very well. Place the breaded chicken on a plate or baking sheet.
- 3rd steps
- Heat the Oil.
- In a large, deep skillet or frying pan, heat about of cooking oil over medium-high heat. The oil should reach a temperature of around 350-375°F (175-190°C). but no more heat oil and chicken on heating oil,
- Fry the Chicken.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken pieces in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if needed.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Use tongs to turn the tenders and remove them from the oil when they are done. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Serve.
- Serve the chicken tenders hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
- Ketchup, honey mustard, ranch dressing, or your preferred dipping sauce
